Purchased a Quarter Section with Pete and I was really happy with everything.  I was pretty particular with what I wanted and we wound up spending over a year looking at various places and going through the potential ups and downs of each one before finding the right place.  Pete was all over it.  He chased every detail he could get on each place and made some really good points about why not to go after places.  I never felt like he was just trying to hurry a deal.  The house on the property we got had a a few issues and Pete worked with the agent to get the answers and inspections.  He also helped answer a lot of questions about the financing options and how to make the offer.  He's a great guy too... we had lots of good laughs along the way.  I'll be working with Pete again in the future and am happy to recommend him.  Thanks Pete.  Great Job

This is the second time we used Pete Chapman to sell a house for us, the first was in Tuscany and this last house was an acreage in Bearspaw. Pete was amazing with everything, he took the time to be sure he fully understood the construction of the home, which I did my self to very high standards and not the typical house construction materials. He helped out with lawyers for completion and some trades to fix a couple deficient items. He basically looked after everything since I had moved out of the province before the sale happened.
